Registration of notifications received at the dispatcher
Service calls are recorded and centralized in the service application that allows us to manage and monitor the status of each call in real time. Customers can complete and register an electronic notification form on our service website www.eutron-service.ro
Remote Assistance
Helpdesk staff takes all calls that claim a malfunction and check if the problem can be resolved quickly, directly by phone or through an interface that allows us to identify the problem or configure the equipment online. If an on-site service team is required, the service department is contacted and an order is issued to move the nearest intervention team to the location of the defective equipment as soon as possible.
Response Times
Within 2 hours of receiving the notification, the Service department sends the applicant a notification with the intervention info.
Availability
The Call Center and technical support services are available to all our customers 5/7, 9-17. Customers with service and maintenance contracts benefit from an extended program.
