What is a Wayfinding Solution?
As the name suggests, the app is designed to guide visitors of an exhibition, office building, museum or shopping centre in a quick, easy and pleasant way to their area of interest. Using the search feature, the visitor can quickly find the areas they are interested in, with the ability to see their current location on the map and the fastest way to get to the desired place. Moreover, routes can be animated 2D or 3D and can be sent to the mobile phone to guide the visitor further.
Customizeable to Fit your Wishes
The interface design can be adapted to your requirements, with the ability to customize the solution. The information/stores can be grouped into categories, and the interactive plan may contain banners with information and promotions of suppliers that have stores on the floor plan displayed. You have the freedom to set up and customize your plan to your liking, using the app's over 250 available icons and layouts. Things like the color and shape of the buttons are also configurable. Or, if you want an animation of your own alone, it can be done from scratch.
Additional Information for Visitors
The Wayfinding solution also allows you to define additional information on the location, either through an image, a textual description or a company link. You can add an email address and website in the form of a QR code so that the visitor can go directly to a provider's website by scanning the code with their mobile phone. The system may also allow brochures to be sent to visitors by e-mail when they request the information and enter their email address to receive the information. This way, you can provide the visitor with additional information and get information about your visitors, to be used in direct marketing purposes.
