How does the anti-theft security leash system work?
Any customer today expects to be able to look at a product closely, hold it in their hand and see how it works. This is possible thanks to the systems that ensure the protection of such products displayed in your store.
The systems are designed not to damage the product, while offering maximum protection. How you want to display a product and the type of product on display will dictate the types of sensors that will be used. The sensors are connected to the control units and are fixed to the product by some adhesive pads so as not to damage the presentation of the product. Any attempt to disconnect the sensors or detach / cut the wire will generate an alarm. The systems also contain other accessories such as: adapters; external buzzers; external sockets or remote controls / keyboards.
Monitoring the Alarm System
A particularly important problem in large stores is the quick location of the place where an alarm is activated. For this reason, the control units are equipped with outputs that allow the transmission of an alarm signal to the information panel most frequently in the monitoring room. The displayed message allows the instant reaction of the security service.
Interactive Messaging and Integrated Upload
In addition to their main purpose of protecting exposed products from theft attempts, wired protection systems may have some additional functions. One of these functions is to power the exposed product so that a potential customer can see the product at work. This feature is most often used for mobile phones, audio / video players, camcorders or GPS equipment. Another interesting feature is the display of advertisements / messages or multimedia presentations that draw attention to certain products, quickly informing the customer about the benefits of those products.
